Shared Workspaces

SPIRA offers a workspace where members can develop their artistic and professional projects in a stimulating environment, close to the team and other members of the cooperative.

Four workstations available for members

• Available for rent by the month, week, or day;
• Includes an adjustable desk, an office chair, WiFi connection and access to the kitchen!
• Accessible at all times with a weekly or monthly reservation, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a day rental.

Rental Rates

Each member of the cooperative is entitled to three free rental days. Just indicate that you wish to use a free day at the end of the form.

Meeting Room

We offer our members the possibility to rent our meeting room, ideal for your professional gatherings. Enjoy a comfortable space that can host around ten people, equipped with WiFi, a Meeting Owl for videoconferencing, and a television.

Hourly rental rate: $5/hour

Cinema Room

Thanks to a partnership with Cinéma Beaumont, SPIRA offers members access to a professional cinema room at a reduced rate. Whether for team screenings, DCP tests, or public/private showings, you can reserve Cinéma Beaumont at the member rate. The cost is adjusted based on the rental duration: $110 for one hour, $250 for a 3-hour block, or $425 for a 5-hour block.

The cinema room is located at Méduse, 541 Saint-Vallier East Street, 4th floor.

Room rental includes

• Bleachers with 47 cinema seats (possibility to add a few chairs)
• DCP laser projector
• Sound console
• 4 wireless microphones and stereo sound system + subwoofer

Also included: high-speed internet, a fridge, a welcome table, a staff member/projectionist, and an alcohol sales service (with additional admin fees)

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following fees will apply:

• 48h or more before the rental: no fee
• Between 12h and 47h before the rental: 50% of the cost
• No refunds or credits will be issued within 12h of the rental or after the rental.

You must cancel your reservation directly through your confirmation email.

Privileges and Code of Conduct in SPIRA's Offices

1. The first coffee is free. For the following ones, we ask for a voluntary contribution for the purchase of coffee, milk, and sugar. You’ll find a small jar to collect your donations. Please clean your cups after use.
2. The desks available in the open space are intended for individual work. Please use headphones if you wish to listen to music.
3. If you wish to work in a team or group, please note that our conference room is available for rent. We also have a small room for videoconferences, free with reservation. If you plan such a meeting, book it through your online platform.
4. We share the spaces, so please keep them clean!
